To cancel your The Children's Place VIP Perks membership, visit your account settings from your online portal or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.
To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at childrensplacevipperks.com/sign-in. Once you’ve signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.
To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at {customerServicePhoneOverride}. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online.
Once you cancel your membership, you’ll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you’ll receive a Promo Card for The Children’s Place by email. Please note, Promo Cards expire 90 days from the issue date.
The Marketplace includes 1,000+ popular retailers eligible for 5% Back, Shipping Rebates, and Return Shipping Rebates, each in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards, with your The Children's Place VIP Perks membership.
To visit the Marketplace, sign into your online account and click “Shop” on your main menu, then click “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.
You can earn 5% Back in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards at Marketplace retailers when you shop online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order with eligible Marketplace retailers. As a The Children's Place VIP Perks member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Back on your qualifying Marketplace purchases. Note that a maximum of one purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% Back. Here’s how:
Shop online through The Children's Place VIP Perks portal to earn 5% Back in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards automatically. If you shop at Marketplace retailers outside The Children's Place VIP Perks portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% Back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a Rebate Claim to earn 5% Back on those purchases (subject to the annual limit).
Shopping through the The Children's Place VIP Perks Portal:
You can earn 5% Back on your in-store, online (not through the The Children's Place VIP Perks portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at an eligible Marketplace retailer and submit a qualifying Rebate Claim within 60 days of purchase to earn 5% Back in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards. You can submit your Rebate Claim online from your The Children's Place VIP Perks account or mail in your proof-of-purchase instead.

As a member, you can earn 5% Back in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards on qualifying flight, hotel, and rental car reservations made through your The Children's Place VIP Perks account. (You can receive up to $1,000 in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards every 12-month membership period with 5% Back on Marketplace and Travel purchases combined.)
Start by visiting the “Travel & Vacations” category in the Marketplace to view a list of eligible travel merchants. Select a merchant from the list and click through the links to visit the merchant’s website. Simply complete your reservation in the new browser tab that opens to earn 5% Back.
For travel reservations made at an eligible merchant in the Marketplace either offline or outside the program’s website, simply submit a Rebate Claim with your proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Back.
5% Back earned on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with(e.g., upon completion of your booked travel). Your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next payout.

Some Marketplace retailers have their own restrictions for 5% Back eligibility. To view restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the Marketplace from your member account and click a retailer to view its page. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% Back.

With your membership, you’re eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping Rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.
You can claim unlimited Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from The childrensplace.com and gymboree.com, standard shipping only. As long as you provide valid proof-of-purchase with every Rebate Claim, you’ll receive a rebate for those shipping charges in the form of a Promo Card for The Children’s Place. Please note, Promo Cards expire 90 days from the issue date.
You can also claim Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates when you shop at Marketplace retailers, up to $10 per purchase in the form of The Children’s Place Promo Cards. You’re eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping Rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.
In-store purchases from Marketplace retailers are only eligible for Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you’re charged for shipping as part of your purchase.

Yes, you must submit Rebate Claims within 60 days of your original purchase date. Claims submitted after the 60-day mark will not be approved for reimbursement.
Proof-of-purchase is a form of documentation that validates your payment for any given purchase. You must provide a valid form of proof-of-purchase with every Rebate Claim submitted. All proofs-of-purchase must be unaltered and include your name and billing address (as associated with your membership), as well as the purchase total, items purchased, and, if applicable, the shipping and handling charges paid.
Examples of valid proof-of-purchase include:
For online claims, you can email it to [email protected] after you initiated your claim. You’ll be given a unique claim number to include with your submission. Simply copy and paste your claim number into the subject line of the email with your proof-of-purchase attached.
